# Document review

Review against the document's purpose and audience. If these are unclear, infer a provisional audience from context and label that assumption; ask only when it changes the review materially.

Prioritize issues that prevent the reader from acting: unclear dates, missing links or owners, contradictions, undefined commitments, and unsupported claims. Separate factual questions from wording improvements. Quote only the short passage needed to locate an issue.

For each consequential issue, provide the location, reader impact, and a concrete revision or question. Preserve facts, scope, tone, and the author's intended commitment. Use visible placeholders for missing details instead of supplying plausible dates, URLs, statistics, or policies. Do not silently turn a tentative claim into a guarantee.

Offer a revised passage or complete revision when useful, followed by unresolved factual questions. Do not bury high-impact gaps beneath stylistic suggestions. A review of legal or technical wording is not independent verification of its correctness. Use the user's language and requested format.
